Mr. Volkmann is a Senior Survey Technician and Field Crew Chief for CM Archer Group, P.C. in St. James, Missouri. Scott has over 16 years experience in boundary and topographical surveying along with construction layout and is highly experienced with complex projects and the requirements of clients such as McCarthy Construction, R.G. Brinkman and Duke Construction. Scott has performed extensively for clients for the Digital Training Center at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.

Planning and Design Management - As a Senior Survey Technician and Field Crew Chief for the St. James office of Archer Engineers, Scott is responsible for coordinating schedules directly with the client and/or contractor and for field measurements and staking of boundary and topographical surveying.

Client Services and Administration - Scott has experience with Trimble 5603 DR 200+, Trimble R-8 GPS receiver with TSCE2 data collector.
