St. Robert Transportation Master Plan
Over the past five years, CM Archer assisted the Interstate Plaza/Northtown Village Transportation Development District (IP/NV TDD) in developing a transportation master plan to assist not only in improving traffic circulation within the district, but also providing commercial roadways to facilitate development, thereby increasing the district's revenue.
The second major roadway project undertaken by the TDD following St. Robert Blvd., was the first Phase of Carson Blvd. This 1,400 lineal feet of commercial roadway provided necessary access to the new Lowe's Home Improvement facility.
CM Archer assisted the City of St. Robert and the IP/NV TDD in developing a project scope and budget and further in negotiating the development agreement with Lowe's. The project included a 40' wide commercial roadway with design of two future signalized intersections, storm water conveyance and multiple utility extensions and relocations.
The project was successfully completed within an aggressive schedule and under the original $1 Million budget established during conceptual design.
