Archer assisted the City of St. Robert with the survey, design and construction administration for the construction of a new three phase primary overhead electric extension. The project extended primary electric to a previously unserved area. The initial use was to serve a single family residential subdivision. Upon review of the existing system, it was determined that the adjacent single phase overhead electric did not have adequate capacity to serve the development. Therefore, a corridor survey was performed and identified an appropriate alignment which would not only serve the new residential subdivision, but would also provide service to a proposed mixed use development to the west. Archer also assisted in the negotiation and acquisition of the necessary right of way to construct the project.
