St. James Wastewater Treatment Plant

In 2001, the City of St. James was in dire need of replacing the rotors in their oxidation ditch at their WWTP. In an effort to streamline the schedule, Archer submitted a design/build proposal which was ultimately approved by the City. This proposal included a very aggressive schedule which would minimize the time that the ditch was actually taken out of service.

With exceptional communication, coordination scheduling and workmanship, the project was successful. The WWTP continues to achieve superior dissolved oxygen levels.
