St. Clair Well House No. 1 and Pitless Well and Well House #7
CM Archer Group, P.C. served as the Engineer for the City of St. Clair to prepare detailed plans and specifications for the bidding and construction of a new pitless well, standard well house with future allowances for chlorination, motor control center and appurtenances at the location of the Industrial Park elevated tanks. Archer prepared detailed plans and specifications for the bidding and reconstruction of the well house with future allowances for chlorination and appurtenances for Well No. 1.
Plans and specifications were submitted to all required regulatory agencies for their approval. Archer reproduced and distributed copies of bid documents, advertised and provided assistance in obtaining bids, answering questions and preparing addendums during the bid letting. Archer held pre-bid meetings and site tours and opened, reviewed and tabulated bids and made a recommendation of award to the City. A construction inspector provided by Archer conducted construction administration and observation throughout the construction and startup.
