Mr. Henson has 23 years of experience as a project manager/designer/field technician/AutoCAD manager in a variety of both municipal and private projects including architecture and civil design. He also has significant experience in the construction administration, inspection and startup for a variety of projects. He is familiar with due diligence items such as boundary surveys, geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, traffic impact studies, wetland delineations, archeological assessments, zoning issues, land use issues, and development agreements. Past experience has been invaluable in developing knowledge and abilities. He has worked with geotechnical engineers in designing sites where soils have had to be over-excavated or consolidated prior to construction. He has been involved with sites with coal mines beneath them and mining investigations and grouting. He has worked on projects where demolition was required and hazardous material abatement was necessary. He has testified at State Department of Transportation hearings in order to obtain highway accesses. He has presented projects at numerous planning commission and city council meeting working with clients and developers when negotiating land purchase agreements and development agreements with cities.
