Mr. Heimbaugh is a Professional Land Surveyor/Project Manager for CM Archer Group, P.C./Archer Elgin Surveying & Engineering, LLC in Rolla, Missouri. Ron is responsible for overseeing all aspects of boundary and construction surveying projects, including the management of projects and contracts from inception through execution. Projects range from lot surveys to ALTA/ACSM-NSPS Land Title Surveys. Duties include coordinating all survey work related to each specific project, estimation and execution of all land survey/construction surveying contracts, recording survey and deed research, supervising and coordinating all field work, and all other aspects related to the final land survey, plat, property and/or easement descriptions.

Planning and Design Management - As a Professional Land Surveyor/Project Manager for the Rolla office of Archer Engineers, Ron is responsible for coordinating schedules directly with the client and/or contractor and for verifying the accuracy of field measurements and boundary and topographical surveying.

Client Services and Administration - As Land Surveyor/Project Manager, Ron works closely with clients and contractors throughout each project to meet clients’ needs, such as performing construction staking, or as-built surveys, to establishing, marking, defining, and describing boundaries to prepare final land surveys, plats, property, and/or easement descriptions. Ron also resolves land survey questions concerning conflicts of ownership, property boundaries, etc. and advises clients of any possible encroachments found during field surveys.
