Ms. Feeler is a Design Engineer for Archer. She has eleven years of experience as a project manager/engineer in a variety of both municipal and private projects including process and civil design. She also has significant experience in the construction administration, inspection and startup for a variety of projects. She is familiar with state and federal regulations relating to drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater runoff.

Planning and Design Management - As a Professional Engineer for the Rolla office of Archer Engineers, Alissha has worked with a variety of clientele, including municipalities, governmental agencies, and private individuals. Alissha has performed within and managed design teams focused on the analysis of infrastructure deficiencies, with a focus on providing the client timely and sound recommendations for improvements.  Alissha routinely drafts correspondence, Engineering Reports and Facility Plans detailing the proposed improvements for submittal to state and federal funding and permitting agencies.

Client Services and Administration - Alissha interfaces directly with personnel at numerous municipalities to facilitate the comprehensive and timely assessment of infrastructure deficiencies and needs.  Alissha attends meetings with city personnel to review analysis findings and designs.  Alissha also works in various capacities to administer projects during the bidding and construction phases of projects.
