Crocker Southside Annexation

The existing sanitary sewer and water distribution system for the City of Crocker currently serves a limited area near the city's center and extends approximately 2,500-feet south of the intersection of Missouri Route 17 and Missouri Route HH. Proposed development in the outlying areas of the city has been limited by the lack of adequate public utilities and infrastructure.

In an effort to extend the City of Crocker's sanitary sewer and water distribution system to serve the southern extent of the city, a comprehensive, multiple phase plan was developed by Archer.

The first phase of the plan provides for the extension of water and sewer to the intersection of Missouri Route 17 and Missouri Route 133. This phase will construct approximately 5,900 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer with twenty (20) 48-inch diameter, precast concrete manholes, including a highway bore beneath Missouri Route 17; construct one (1) lift station with all attendant equipment and approximately 3,700 lineal feet of 3-inch SDR 21 PVC force main sewer lines and construct approximately 3,426 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC water main with associated valves and hydrants, including a highway bore beneath Missouri Route 18.

Phase 2 of the project will construct approximately 5,900 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer with fourteen (14) 48-inch diameter, precast concrete manholes, including a highway bore beneath Missouri Route 17 and one railway bore and construct approximately 3,900 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC water main with associated valves and hydrants, including one highway bore beneath Missouri Route 18 and one railway bore.
