Mr. Campbell is a Design Engineer for Archer. He has over 10 years experience in the consulting industry, and has been involved in design and analysis numerous facilities, including: multi-spanned bridge structures; residential and commercial structures; wastewater treatment facilities; sanitary sewer collection systems and lift stations; water distribution and treatment facilities; and municipal storm water management facilities. He has worked extensively with contractors in the field during construction of proposed improvements and is well versed in construction methods utilized for various types of construction.
Planning and Design Management - As a Professional Engineer for the Rolla office of Archer Engineers, Ken has worked with a variety of clientele, including municipalities, governmental agencies, and private individuals. Ken has performed within and managed design teams focused on the analysis of infrastructure deficiencies, with a focus on providing the client timely and sound recommendations for improvements. Ken routinely drafts correspondence, Engineering Reports and Facility Plans detailing the proposed improvements for submittal to state and federal funding and permitting agencies.
Client Services and Administration - Ken interfaces directly with personnel at numerous municipalities to facilitate the comprehensive and timely assessment of infrastructure deficiencies and needs. Ken attends meetings with city personnel to review analysis findings and designs. Ken also works in various capacities to administer projects during the bidding and construction phases of projects.
